Keeping Busy

Last week was Spring Break for my children.  We had a lot of fun doing something different everyday.  I put my plans aside and just enjoyed some time with my family.

This week my husband and I completed an Excel and Microsoft Word mail merge containing 132 pages of labels.  The Excel spreadsheet was not set-up to do an easy mail merge.  My amazing husband – who is an Excel master – built multiple macros and pivot tables to make the project work.  So if this is a service you are in need of – don’t forget to contact me!

A local photographer needed an update to a custom order form that I had previously made for her.  We uploaded it to Miller Roe’s and it is on its way to her business.

I am excited to show you a new branding project and website that I am starting this week.  Hopefully I’ll have something to share with everyone soon.

Happy Easter!

Poster Design Projects

Currently I am taking a class @ jessicasprague.com called The Art of Poster Design.  It is always exciting to learn some new techniques.

Below are my first three projects.  Do you have a custom project that you need designed for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, or just because.  Let me know!

Blog Redesign

Last year I had the privilege of meeting Joe & Carrie Schmit.  They have a desire to move to Honduras and work at a spectacular ministry called Project Maneulito.

They had already started a blog in Blogger/Blogspot.  I have been working on sprucing it up a bit and making it more user friendlly.  If you have time please take a look at schmits.blogspot.com.

Thanks – Anissa

Design Factor Challenge – Week 5

This week’s challenge was very different.  All of the products in the kit had to be commercial use products.

We then had to choose a color scheme and recolor all of the elements to match the scheme.

This was a great learning experience but I love to make my own elements – so this was not a challenge that I enjoyed.

Kimono Kit Blog Hop

It’s here – the Kimono Kit Blog Hop.  Our Art of Digital Design class started right around the time of the earthquake in Japan.  The idea was suggested to create a collaboration kit to benefit the victims.  This kit is available right now at jessicasprauge.com.

You can download my quick page here & hop onto the Foosa Moon Creations’ blog here.
